Absolutely loved this book! All the characters are lovable and I was glad to see an antagonist developed enough that his actions were justified, albeit misguided. It was then that I decided to leave the book lird let the fond memories remain, instead of continuing the book and hate it altogether.
They I think this is a typical, rather cheesy Scottish romance story with a very tough hero laird and a damsel in distress from a enemy clan.
You come to understand his need for revenge. Laird Of The Mist: This was my first Pqula Quinn novel and impressed would be an understatement. Highly recommended, don’t discount because of my 4 stars.

I just didn’t get the feeling of being on the edge of my seat type of emotion. How to begin again after unfathomable trauma? His name also proves a difficulty, being part of the outlawed MacGregors, a clan that has been banished for centuries.
