V ofand the recovery of any duties or fees prihibition under any other provisions of the Acts hereby repealed, and all such duties or fees shall be levied or recovered, as the case may be, as if this Act was not passed.
For the purposes of this section “inhabitants” shall include persons who themselves or by their agents or servants occupy or hold land or other immovable property within such area and landlords who themselves or by their agents or servants collect rents or revenue direct from rayats or occupiers in such area notwithstanding that they do not actually reside therein. Any person who maliciously and falsely gives information to any person exercising powers under this Act leading to a prohinition, seizure.
